This Korean makeup-remover balm combines natural and active ingredients to help make your skin look clean, soft and bright, ready to fully embrace the rest of your facial routine. It melts off any makeup, traces of sunscreen and impurities in record time, and does not irritate your skin or sting in your eyes — this cleansing oil is an excellent option for sensitive skin.
This product is really one of a kind and is undoubtedly going to become one of your MiiN favourites, especially if you enjoy balm textures, as this cleansing balm is solid, but it melts like magic when it touches your skin, and its buttery consistency slides over the skin like the silkiest oil in the world. But what's its best feature, you ask? Thanks to its highly stable formula, its consistency stays the same in summer — so no unpleasant surprises!
Its formula contains four types of acids: those that are naturally found in sugar cane and yuzu extracts (an asian citrus fruit that's rich in vitamin C), alongside AHAs (glycolic acid) and PHAs. These acids work together with the papaya extract to gently exfoliate your skin—the papain adds the benefits of enzymatic exfoliation—, which, far from irritating the skin, will boost the natural radiance. Every skin is unique, and to properly assess tolerance, it's important to introduce the products gradually. This allows you to observe how your skin reacts to each one and ensure that the ingredients are well accepted. Avoiding abrupt changes in your routine helps prevent potential irritations or adverse reactions.
A chickpea-sized amount of product is enough for your entire face. Apply onto dry skin and massage gently for the makeup and impurities to melt off. Then, emulsify with water and massage a little longer, insisting upon those areas where there's more to remove. Rinse off.
Are you a fan of waterproof makeup? No problem. Use this balm with a wet makeup-removing cotton pad and you'll successfully get rid of every trace of your waterproof eyeliner, lipstick or mascara. Simply help yourself with the pad when rinsing the product off.
