How do I join the loyalty program?

It's super easy! When you create a MiiN account, you automatically become part of the MiiN Rewards loyalty program. Don't have one yet? Create it now and join the program.

How does the loyalty program work and what benefits does it offer?

Our MiiN Rewards loyalty program offers access to discounts and other benefits from the world of K-beauty. At MiiN, €1 equals 2 points. For every 500 or 1000 points, you will receive a voucher that you can use on your next order. And this order will also earn points!

How do I use the voucher?

Once you exchanged you points for a voucher, you will receive it by email along with the code. Vouchers can be used with no minimum purchase required and are compatible with other discounts and/or promotions, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Vouchers are for single use and, like points, are personal, thus not transferable to other users. They are valid for one year from the date of creation.

I can't see my last purchase's points. What should I do?

Don't panic! The points you earn from your purchases usually appear immediately, but there can be a slight delay. If, after 24 hours, you still do not see them appear on your account, send us an email at helpmiin@miin-cosmetics.com with the order reference number so we can help you.

How do I see my points?

Access your MiiN account by clicking on "MiiN Rewards". You will be redirected to your account where you can see your points and benefits. Points expire one year after they are accumulated. When you redeem points, they are deducted from your available balance and cannot be returned once coupons are created.
