There are certain periods during which we prepare thousands of orders per day. Around Christmas, Black Friday or other sales periods, your order may take a bit longer to arrive. Thanks for your understanding. It's worth the wait, we promise!

Your order will be ready within 24 hours (one business day!) after your payment is validated.

Orders are shipped from Spain

Did you think your orders were shipped from South Korea? Nope! Our warehouse is in Barcelona. Please keep in mind that we follow the city's labour calendar, so we don't work on local and national holidays.

Refund Policy

MiiN Cosmetics wants to give clients the best service possible. Thus, if there is any problem with your order, you can contact our customer care department at the following e-mail address: help@miin-cosmetics.com.

Returns

Is there an issue with the products you received?

In the rare case that you received the wrong product or that it is not in optimal condition, please contact us at info@miin-cosmetics.com within 14 days upon receipt. Our customer support team will guide you through the process, and will ask you some questions about your so as to find a solution. That's what we're here for!

To return your order, please contact us at help@miin-cosmetics.com within 14 days from delivery.

Please note that your order will only be returned if the products are in the same condition that you received them in: new, without opening and inside their original packaging. If your order came with a free gift, sample or product, you must return it with the rest of products in your order, and it should not be open or used.

Once our team has checked that all the products are in perfect condition, we will guide you through the return process. As soon as the products arrive at our warehouse, you will receive your refund — keep in mind that you will have to pay for the handling and shipping costs (€50), which will be deducted from the refund. The funds will be returned to whatever payment method you initially used and may take a few days to appear in your bank account.

Return policy during the Christmas period: until January 15 for orders placed after December 1.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before shipping.

Promotions

During offer seasons (Christmas, sales, mid-season sales, Black Friday or other periods of the year with discounts, free shipping or free gifts), promo codes are not applicable, and they cannot be combined with other discounts.
Discount promos will not be applied to products that are already available at a discount, nor to special packs or books.
While a promo lasts, and during the four business days after the end of a promotion, MiiN Cosmetics cannot guarantee that online orders will be delivered within the usual 24 to 72 working hours.
