DO YOU SELL ORIGINAL PRODUCTS?
Of course! All the products we sell at MiiN Cosmetics are 100% original. We import our products from South Korea, and we do it directly; this means there are no intermediaries. Brands sell their products directly to us. Apart from bringing the best Korean cosmetics to Europe, we take care of registering most of the products. We are the European Managers of all our brands, which means that we make sure that the products you buy are safe, European Cosmetics Regulation compliant, and that you receive them in the appropriate condition.
DO YOU ONLY SELL PRODUCTS ONLINE?
No. In addition to our online store, we have several physical stores throughout Europe. In Barcelona (Calle Pau Claris 110 and CC L'Illa Diagonal), Madrid (Calle Fuencarral 91), Milan (via San Nicolao 2), Munich (Schrammerstraße, 3), and Paris (7 Rue Saint-Martin). We're coming to more cities soon.
I AM LOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC PRODUCT, BUT YOU DON’T HAVE IT.
We continually travel to Korea to search for new brands and products. MiiN Cosmetics is in constant growth, so we'll be adding new products to our catalogue. Be sure to visit our store to see the latest products brought to you from Korea!
DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?
In both South Korea and Europe, it is prohibited to test cosmetic products on animals. The products that you find in MiiN have not been tested on animals.
DO YOU HAVE VEGAN COSMETICS?
Of course! For us it's important to have options when choosing your facial routine. This is why we're incorporating more products that are 100% vegan, which means they're completely free of animal-derived ingredients. Some of the vegan brands that you'll find are Aromatica, Klairs, or Urang, but you can see the full list of products here .
DO YOU HAVE NATURAL COSMETICS?
Yes indeed. If you prefer 100% natural formulas, you can also find them in MiiN. The Korean brands that are natural are Benton, Aromatica, Klairs, or Urang. All these brands' products are natural. You can see them here.
I WANT TO BUY ORGANIC OR BIOCOSMETICS. DO YOU HAVE THEM?
If you prefer ecological or organic cosmetics, we recommend brands such as Aromatica and Urang. Many of their products bear EcoCert or USDA seals. These seals also ensure the biodegradable or recyclable nature of the packaging, as well as the absence of GMOs, parabens, phenoxyethanol, or ingredients of a petrochemical or synthetic origin. DO YOU HAVE PRODUCTS FOR MEN?
In Korea, cosmetics are not usually differentiated by gender or sex and at MiiN, we don't think that's necessary either. The important thing is that the products are right for your skin type. If you want to know more about Korean cosmetics for men, click here.
I'M PREGNANT. CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you can visit our section of products that are suitable for you. You'll find it here.
I HAVE ATOPIC OR ROSACEA DERMATITIS. WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU RECOMMEND?
We recommend you consult with your doctor or dermatologist before applying any product. Rosacea and atopic dermatitis are conditions that must be treated by a specialist.

IS IT TRUE THAT THE KOREAN BEAUTY ROUTINE FOLLOWS 10 STEPS?
Yes, it's true and does seem rather time-consuming, but we promise that a basic routine won't take you longer than 20 minutes. What's more, don't you think you deserve some pampering? It's the perfect excuse to dedicate a few minutes a day exclusively to you.

We understand. There are many steps and if you’ve recently started to take care of your skin a little more, just begin with the basics: make-up remover, cleanser, toner, hydration, and sun protection. I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you receive a wrong or defective product, don't hold it against us! At MiiN, we've lovingly prepared your package so that it reaches you in perfect condition, but it may have suffered a mishap during the journey. We have a simple solution: you can return it to us, and MiiN Cosmetics will take care of the shipping costs. For more information, see our Returns policy.

Once you've placed your order, we'll send you a confirmation email and as soon as it leaves our warehouse, you'll get another email from us along with the tracking number.
