If you purchase multiple products, we recommend not incorporating them all at once into your routine. Every skin is unique, and to properly assess tolerance, it's important to introduce the products gradually. This allows you to observe how your skin reacts to each one and ensure that the ingredients are well accepted. Avoiding abrupt changes in your routine helps prevent potential irritations or adverse reactions.
Just like with any other shower gel, lather by mixing it with water and gently massage over your wet body. Benton also recommends this product for facial skin, so Refresh by Cica Body Wash provides a two-in-one experience. Then rinse off the lather with plenty of warm water.
