This vegetable is a great source of fat-soluble vitamin A (which means it’s easily absorbed) and carotene, which keeps the skin healthy, refines its texture, and promotes skin healing and the regeneration of the outermost layer of the epidermis. It's also rich in betacarotene, the nutrient that gives your skin that golden tan after sunbathing — and, actually, also provides mild protection from the sun. It is also formulated with tocopherol —which revitalizes the skin, thanks to its formula with vitamin E— and a complex of botanical oils, such as carrot, tea tree, Indian sandalwood, soy and sunflower seed oils to moisturise and brighten the skin. But there's more! Yes!
